What is a signing request?
One signing request is one document sent for signature, no matter how many people sign it. Your plan's allowance resets each billing month.

Buy more at any time from the admin portal. Purchased requests never expire and are used once the monthly allowance runs out.

Billing questions
What counts as a signing request?
One signing request is one document sent for signature, no matter how many people sign it. A contract sent to three signers uses one signing request.
When does my signing request allowance reset?
Your plan's allowance resets at the start of each billing month. Unused requests from the monthly allowance don't carry over.
What happens if we need more signing requests?
Tenant owners can buy extra signing requests in the admin portal at $100 per 100 extra signing requests. Purchased requests never expire and are used after the monthly allowance runs out.
Is pricing per user?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price per organization that covers up to the plan's number of users.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. The tenant owner manages the subscription and billing from the admin portal. If you are unsure which plan fits, contact sales.
